The Tehachapi Police Department is looking for Carrie Patricia Ann Martin, 39, in connection with an elder fraud investigation. Suspect, while working as a secretary for an 80-year-old businessman, used the victim's credit cards and checking accounts to defraud the victim of thousands of dollars. There are two felony warrants issued for her arrest.
Martin is described as white, 5'7", 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She is known to have ties with Tehachapi, Bakersfield and the Antelope Valley.
