Walmart store manager Amy Garcia and a host of Walmart employees welcomed everyone to the opening of the new Tehachapi store.
After years of waiting, the Tehachapi Walmart opened on Aug. 7. Shoppers were already lined up with their carts by the time of the 8 a.m. ribbon cutting.
