There were three firsts at the July 16 Tehachapi Valley Recreation & Park District Board Meeting. Newly appointed TVRPD board member and Hart Flat resident Dwight Dreyer attended his first board meeting after being appointed by the Kern County Board of Supervisors. Newly appointed Interim Recreation Supervisor Ashley Krempien gave her first report to the Board and newly appointed Interim General Manager Corey Torres gave his first report as GM.
TVRPD Board Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in the TVRPD District Office, 490 West D St. Public welcome.
