Papa's House is back. Eat, enjoy, repeat is the motto for Papa's House. After an absence of nearly three months the newly remodeled restaurant opened in mid-November. Originally known as Papa's the restaurant is back with a new owner, Dan Desmond. Pizza is still a staple of the new menu. Breads, sauces and pizza dough are handmade, as they should be. Desmond said, "We're trying to keep the legacy of the original owners going." Papa's House is open every day except Monday. Stop by and try a pizza, salad, sandwich or burger from the new menu.

Police Activities League

Every month more than 180 kids are housed at the Jamison Center in Bakersfield pending foster home placement. Most being under the age of 12 years old, however children to age 17 will be attending this amazing Christmas event.

Stallion Springs had an officer retire this year. The General Manager has hired an additional security company to patrol the community while in the process of hiring additional officer. This will provide additional security to the community. The security service is temporary until our community can once again be served by P.O.S.T. Certified Police Officers.
