The Coffee with the Mayor and City Manager will meet at The Coffee Mill on Thursday, April 19 at 7:30 a.m.
Mayor Ed Grimes says, "the conversations we have each month show the importance of meeting with our residents and business owners in a casual setting. There have been questions regarding business, non profit organizations, and quality of life issues."
Both Mayor Grimes and Tehachapi City Manager Greg Garrett attend the monthly community gathering held on the third Thursday of the month to listen to the public and answer questions they may have. The Coffee Mill located at 120 S. Mill St. in downtown Tehachapi provides a comfortable atmosphere for people to have a conversation.
Coffee with the Mayor begins at 7:30 a.m. and wraps up at 9:30 a.m. There will be a weekend event in May or June just for those that are unavailable during weekdays.
