The Tehachapi Lions Club is pleased to announce their November Student-of-the-Month recipients. The staff at Jacobsen Middle School noticed that sixth grader Tabitha Campbell has been trying her best since she came to the Sixth Grade Center. Her effort and dedication to doing the best she can is paying off as she began the school year with four A's and one B. The staff at JMS congratulates Tabitha and encourages her to keep up her efforts.

Senior Alex Lowery was selected by the staff at Monroe High School. Alex has been pushing himself to earn extra credits this quarter while maintaining excellent attendance and grades. Alex is a delightful and very respectful young man and is enjoyed by the staff and students at Monroe High School.

The staff at Tehachapi High School selected Robby Shugart. Unfortunately, Robby had a work conflict and could not attend the dinner. Robby is an integral part of 3rd period. His attendance is exemplary, and he shares his interpretation of literature and life experiences with his classmates and teacher. When group work is required, Robby leads the charge, ready to listen to input from others while adding his own and making sure that students stay on task and meet the deadline for the project. Robby has a pleasant and polite personality.

The Lions thoroughly enjoyed meeting these fine young students and their families and wish them the best on their future endeavors.
