The IPC creative duo present Valentine's Gourmet Dinner

Ron Gaiser and Master Chef Ilona Klar host and cater elegant dinner parties.
International Party Chef (IPC), the same company that last year brought you Tehachapi's only Gourmet Dinner Party Club, is now presenting a new special event: A Valentine's Gourmet Dinner!
The duo, Master Chef Ilona Klar, and entertainer/entrepreneur Ron Gaiser, say, "Why shouldn't the people of Tehachapi have a delicious and romantic way to spend Valentine's Night? What we want to do is provide a special environment that is comfortable, cozy and romantic, while serving the highest quality fresh gourmet food in Kern County."
The Gaiser Family Ranch certainly sets the mood in country oaks park-like surroundings with laser lights in the trees and patio, as well as a real wood burning fire in the indoor dining/library area of their home. "We are thankful that we can provide this special event in between our busy catering schedule of weddings, parties, and creating specialty cakes. All our club members have given us high reviews over the last year, and our membership is growing," Ilona commented.
This event should be a memorable evening for all who attend. Starting with chocolate martinis, Ilona has created a mouthwatering surf and turf entree menu of high grade Angus prime rib, marinated in Crown Royal whisky, along with giant shrimp stuffed with jalapeño and wrapped in bacon. Of course, there will be a dessert and truffle to end the meal.
After dinner, while coffee is being served around the fireplace, Ron Gaiser will play guitar and sing some of his original romantic love songs, as well as others from a list of famous artists. Ron is a published songwriter and member of the American Society of Composers and Publishers (ASCAP).
Ilona Klar is a Master Chef having been trained at the famous Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and other international culinary schools. She has owned and operated haute-cusine and fine dining establishments in Europe, Canada, and most recently a French and an Italian restaurant in Houston, Texas.
