14th Annual TFNRA Fundraiser

Tickets are now available to 2nd Amendment fans for the 14th Annual Tehachapi Friends of the National Riffle Association fundraising dinner and auction.

"The event has been put back on it's regularly scheduled date - Saturday, August 6," said Mike Barrett, co-chairman of Tehachapi Friends of NRA. "And while we will be holding it, once again, at the Benz Corporate headquarters here in Tehachapi, on Goodrich, we will only be able to sell 250 event tickets because space is limited."

Purchasing a ticket to this event will get attendees a tasty, catered, tri-tip, chicken and sausage dinner, access to the silent auction items and to a live auction. Items will include, but not be limited to, local artists items, firearm safety items, hunting trips and fire arms, too.

"It promises to be an evening of fun with like-minded folks. Some will be friends and neighbors you know, others will be strangers, but only at the beginning of the night, because when like-minded people come together a friendship blooms," Kathleen Kline, TFNRA committee member encouraged.

"Plus we will have some limited edition firearms, custom knives (some by local craftsmen), NRA commissioned artwork, special ladies focused merchandise and other items created especially for firearm safety enthusiasts," Kline added.

Dinner tickets are $50. There are "Table Packages" available that include raffle tickets and more.

"We also have a couple of pre-event raffles that you can get into for only $20," Dory Kline, co-chairman of TFNRA said. "The pre-event raffles include three different Glock pistols: a 36 Gen 3 .45ACP, a 23 .40SW and a 26 Gen 3 9mm and then we have a Ruger Precision .308." Kline added if you want to purchase three tickets for any combination of any of the Glocks, it's only $50 for three! While tickets last."

All money raised at the TFNRA event will stay locally in California where hunter and gun safety is promoted and taught. So if you are an experienced fire arm handler or it is a skill you are looking to gain, or even hand down, contact one of us and get your spot at the table," Kathleen Kline said.

Tickets for the pre-event raffles and the event can be ordered by contacting Kathleen Kline at (661) 972-9102, Dory Kline at (661) 300-1215 or Julia Barrett at (661) 823-4246.
