Hitching Post Theater Pass Winner Announced

Hitching Post Theater General Manager Chris Thurlow and Leilani West, fundraising super star.
Tuesday, May 31, five year old Leilani West asked Hitching Post Theater General Manager Chris Thurlow to pick one lucky ticket from nearly 2000 sold by Have a Heart volunteers.
"We sold them at Radio Shack, Rescued Treasures and outside the theater. Leilani and her mom sold more than 500 tickets all over Tehachapi," says Chelley Kitzmiller, Have a Heart's president.
The winner is John Stambaugh of Lancaster, California. Despite the hour's drive to Tehachapi, John was delighted with the prize and says because he has friends and family here, he will make very good use of the pass, which is for unlimited movies for John and a guest for one year!
We would like to thank all of you who purchased a ticket(s) from us. The money brought in from this fundraiser will go a long way to help dogs and cats right here in Tehachapi.
