I'm contacting you in hopes that you can assist us with locating our loved one. My brother, Samuel, has been missing for about 3 weeks now and he was last seen near his apartment in Tehachapi. There is a current missing persons case open with the local Sheriff's station. We are hoping the community can pull together and help us in locating Sam and bring him home safely.
