Eagle Scout project at Tehachapi Senior Center

At the monthly Board Meeting on July 1, 2015 Boy Scout, Eric Bilotta, offered to revamp the back patio area at Tehachapi SENIOR CENTER as his project in going forward as an Eagle Scout. The offer was warmly accepted by the board and members alike.
Now armed with a letter from Mr. Lewis Brown, the board's president, as a representative of Tehachapi SENIOR CENTER, Eric will begin his fundraising and material donation endeavors. His plan is to lay a flagstone path from the kitchen to BBQ area, surround it with rock and put in drought resistant plants.
Eric will be a junior at THS when school resumes next month; he's going to be a busy young man! He is looking forward to working with us, our center, and his community, so when you see him around town make sure to give him a big "Hello!", and a buck or two!
