Incumbent Candidates for Tehachapi City Council

The First Step!

Candidates begin the nomination process by obtaining signatures on the Nomination Paper. The Nomination Paper is furnished by the City Clerk.

To be nominated to the Office of Council Member for the City of Tehachapi, the candidate must:

Be a registered voter and a resident of the City of Tehachapi at the time of nomination and throughout the entire term of office.

Obtain not less than 20 nor more than 30 signatures of registered voters residing within the City limits. (E.C. §10220)

Good luck to all of the incumbents that want to keep at it for another four years.

The election will be the same date as the Statewide General Election on November 4, 2014.
