The Friends of the Library set up a special book clearance sale in the patio area of the Tehachapi Library on Aug. 5. Many book genres were available including coffee table books, audio books, literary anthologies and even several screenplays. Friends of the Library are now taking book donations at the Library again. People are welcome to bring in two bags or two boxes of books per day. The Library is located at 212 S. Green St., Tehachapi.
