Final preparations are in place for the Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony on Monday, May 29.
The parade will begin at 10 a.m. on West F Street in Tehachapi and will proceed to Philip Marx Central Park where the annual memorial service will begin. Any last minute parade entries may be directed to Michael Johnson at (661) 577-6712.
Members of the community are encouraged to gather together to attend this important event that honors the veterans of this country. It is important to show our support and loyalty to those who, through the generations past, have served and to those who have picked up the torch and are carrying on.
