Tehachapi has many talented artists from kindergarten to high school that submitted art including; water color, oil painting,sculpture,pastel, collage and digital art.
Everyone enjoyed the cookies and punch reception held at Gallery 'n' Gifts for the young artists who seemed delighted to see their art displayed.
