4th Annual Wine Pairing Dinner

The Rotary Wine Pairing Dinner has been a sell out for the last three years. This year it will be taking place at The Shed on Jan. 28 starting at 6 p.m. Mano Lujan will be creating a sumptuous four course meal, each course pairing with the selected wine from Burbank Ranch Vineyards and Winery. The event will feature a representative from the winery to describe each of the five wines being served and Mano will talk about each course he has prepared before you experience it.
This dinner is a moment you won’t forget. For the past three years we have had the most incredible praise from participants. This is fine dining at it’s best. Not only will your taste buds be treated to the most fabulous courses of appetizer, soup, main course and dessert, but, you will be greeted with a wine as you enter and mix and mingle.
If you like wine and you enjoy a spectacular meal, this event is for you. The Rotary Club will decorate The Shed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is a silent auction with several noteworthy items. Meet other members of our community in an intimate and relaxing atmosphere as you enjoy the evening. Tickets are $80 each or two for $150. The Rotary Club of Tehachapi meets every week on Thursdays at noon at Big Papa’s Steakhouse.
