On Friday evening, Sept. 9, we pulled into our driveway on Horsethief Dr. in Stallion Springs ready to begin our weekend. At the top of the driveway, fighting over a dead squirrel were three magnificent condors. We drove right up to them and although they were aware of the car, they weren't the least bit startled or scared. All three were tagged - #66, #40, #79. We sat and watched these beautiful creatures for a while. When they finally flew off, their amazing wingspan was larger than the width of the windshield of our car.
