City of Tehachapi Candidates on the November Ballot

In the Nov. 8 election, we will be voting for many national, state and local leaders as well as voting for a new president.
Running for Tehachapi City Council will be Ed Grimes (incumbent), MaryAnn Hester, Kenneth R. Hetge and Kim Nixon (incumbent). There are two seats available on the City Council. Jenny Burt will be running for City Treasurer and incumbent Victoria “Tori” Marsh will be running for City Clerk. Jenny and Tori are funning unopposed.
Their applications needed to be filed between July 18 when filing opened and Aug. 18 which was the deadline. As of Aug. 18 the above candidates were all that had completed applications.
